The juvenile delinquency is one social problem that grows every day, in our country and in several countries
this subject is very important, in many districts continues to grow the juvenile delinquency each day.
according to survey, delinquency have increased 70% in many districts, the majority of peruvians are worried about security, the cities became dangerous place and there aren't enough police officer's on streets
I wonder why do they act this way? in my opinion becuase they don't have a family and they grow and live in the streets, parent divorced, family violence, poor education, and sexul abuse.
besides, they have a different personality, low self-esteem, unsociable, violent, disorderly conduct etc.
finally, this will continue to increase until the government takes action
